Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?
Our US-based warehouse handles all orders to the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Most orders ship within 1 business day.

How long does delivery take?

  • USA: 3–6 business days (free over USD 99)
  • Canada: 5–8 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days
  • Other countries: 10–18 business days

Do you ship to my country?
We currently sell in the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Expanding to UK and EU in late 2026.

Returns & Warranty

What's your return policy?
30-day returns on unused product in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping unless the product is defective.

What if my product is defective?
We'll replace it free. Email a photo of the issue and your order number, we'll ship a replacement within 2 business days.

How long is the warranty?
12 months on all products. 24 months on the Starlink Mini Hard Case.

Starlink Mini Specific

Will the mount/case fit my Starlink Mini?
All our mounts and cases are designed specifically for the Starlink Mini (Gen 4, released 2024). They will NOT fit the original Starlink Standard, Performance, or High-Performance dishes.

Will the Mini work in my country?
Check the Starlink coverage map at starlink.com/map. NomadSignal accessories work anywhere the Mini itself works.

Do I need a Starlink subscription?
Yes, separately from Starlink. Plans start around USD 50/mo for Roam (vehicle/RV use).

Garmin inReach (affiliate product)

Why don't you sell the inReach Mini 2 directly?
Garmin protects its dealer network with strict pricing rules. We could mark it up and sell it, but you'd pay more. Instead, we link you to the best current Amazon price and earn a small affiliate commission — at no extra cost to you.

What currencies can I pay in?
USD, AUD, CAD. Shopify shows you the currency for your country automatically.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal.
