30-Day Return Window

You can return any unused product in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus return shipping cost).

To start a return:

1. Email returns@nomadsignal.com with your order number and reason
2. We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund your card within 5 business days

12-Month Warranty

All NomadSignal products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The Starlink Mini Hard Case carries an extended 24-month warranty.

If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect:

1. Email a photo of the issue + your order number
2. We'll ship a replacement within 2 business days
3. No need to return the defective unit unless we specifically request it

What's NOT covered

• Damage from misuse (e.g., dropping a hard case from a moving vehicle, exceeding stated weight ratings)
• Damage from modifications (e.g., drilling, cutting, gluing)
• Normal wear and tear (scratches, faded color)
• Loss or theft after delivery

Affiliate Products (Garmin inReach, etc.)

Products purchased through our affiliate links (e.g., Garmin inReach on Amazon) are covered by the seller's and manufacturer's warranty — not NomadSignal's. Contact Garmin directly for warranty service.
