NomadSignal ships from our US warehouse to customers in the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
Processing time
Orders placed before 1pm Pacific Time ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends ship the next business day.
Delivery estimates
- United States (Standard): 3–6 business days
- United States (Priority, free over USD 99): 2–3 business days
- Canada: 5–8 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days

- Free standard shipping on US orders over USD 99
- Flat USD 6.99 for US orders under USD 99
- Canada: USD 14.99 flat
- AU & NZ: USD 19.99 flat (free over USD 199)
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You'll receive an email with tracking the moment your label is generated.
Customs & duties
International buyers (Canada, AU, NZ) are responsible for any import duties or taxes assessed by their country's customs. Our shipping rate covers transit only.
Lost or damaged in transit
Email us within 7 days of expected delivery and we'll work with the carrier and ship a replacement if needed.
